Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in Magic Rosin. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


You have 14 days to request a refund from the date you receive it. All returns and refunds will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • In the original packaging

And you must be able to prove proof of purchase. 

If your claim does not follow the guidelines outlined above, we are still willing to review your claim and you may be eligible for a refund.

If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, or the product is otherwise damaged, please contact us immediately.  We accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during use of product.

Please save all original packaging material and paperwork. 

Once your return is being processed, you will be updated with the status.  If your return is approved you will receive the credit back via the original form of payment.  Please note that credit card returns can take up to 7 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was received damaged. The original shipping costs are non­refundable, so if you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from the total amount.
